About Us

Why 51A?

51A is a cause. It symbolizes an article in the Indian Constitution which talks about Fundamental Duties. We know that our world is made of beings and things. 51A is an experiment to underline the duty of Human beings to care about fellow beings and things.

It promotes taking action, efforts. Action and effort to nurture our environment, to build brotherhood all over the globe irrespective of physical boundaries like nation and mental boundaries like race and religion. Action and effort, through activities, writings and in every other way possible.

It is our sincere effort to avoid straightjacket biases towards any ideology.

Team

51A is made of volunteers. Everyone associated with 51A works in various fields and sectors. We don’t believe in a hierarchy of work and hence is an open platform to contribute for a cause. Team 51A consists of the core members of the daily activities of 51A. They are the ones who have sowed the idea and watered it till now.

They are ones who contribute their professional skill for a cause. They may be Engineers, Doctors, Lawyers, Teachers or any other profession. We believe that people from any walk of life can contribute his skills for society.

Participants

These are the people who take part in our activities. They are our greatest motivation as they give us the energy to continue our activities.

Volunteers

All the Team members, Contributors and Participants together can be called as Volunteers.
